I made a reforged build but with volcanic rounds yesterday and it is a lot of fun to use. I'll give this one a try also.
why invest so much into anomaly power when your abilitys doesent deal your main damage? Your moddamage doesent scale with ap just with debuffs so you should at least go for weapondamage in gloves and boots coz you dont even run rounds. my suggestion change boots and gloves mainattribute to weapondamage or hp.
Just made this build. Absolutely wrecks single target/bosses, a bit squishy but manageable, okay-ish AOE, not the fastest clear times, but excellent in multiplayer. Extremely good if paired with a techno or trickster. I would still use the acari ash blast build for singleplayer, and this build for multiplayer. Thank you.

I'm surprised you're not using any of the T3 for FtF. Did you test them out and find that it didn't help?
