Originally, Outriders released in april of 2021 and was later updated to the “NEW HORIZON” version of the game fixing end game and changing various aspects.

Outriders is a live-service type third person shooter with looter shooter aspects. This game is in a very similar category to games like Borderlands or Destiny where you take on missions and do different activities mainly for the loot and the rewards that come afterwards. The game released as a commercial flop and a buggy mess and the developers went back to the drawing board to try and fix the mess they put themselves in.. Out came New Horizon, the game 2.0 basically where they implemented a bunch of changes to the loot and end game content.
Now the core game itself stayed the same and I don’t fault them for it. Its FUN and that cant be said for a bunch of games out there. But is FUN enough these days anymore? Thats what we are here to find out..
