They absolutely nerfed vendors and the loot is still bad even with the tier 3. Did 2 full runs and got a couple of usable guns. I think I’m done wasting my time for no return, but I had fun while It lasted

I find it completely unacceptable, that PCF can have an issue like this and instead of saying "we'll fix it later"; their ridiculous excuse is: "We don't have the time or resources so we're leaving it as is." With not even a mention of a later fix.
If they are that hard-pressed for: time, money, and resources, they could always ask Square Enix for a cash-flow investment needed to fix these issues. I don't see a publisher saying "no" to this type of request if it's to make the game better.
If Square Enix can't give them a cash-flow boost, then they can always start a GoFundMe lol 😂.
This is going to be a small patch, so it's not as if they have bigger issues that they're working on at the moment; and even if they are working on major issues they could have at least said as much.
Simply saying "we don't have the time or resources", is not an excuse when a major issue like this hampers build crafting; and increases the need to further grind in a game that was built on grinding.
Imagine being a gaming studio and saying ur game's main functionality is not working properly and hasn't been working since day one. And then saying you can't and won't fix it.
I agree with you cloud…. Fix the game how its meant to be if not than don't say what you said in the first place just leave the situation be….. I 100% agree with everything you say about mods FIX THE SYSTEM AND MAKE IT HOW ITS MEANT TO BE. P.S. Destiny 2 is calling my name because there's a new expansion soon, I won't be playing much outriders anymore PCF doesn't give a shit about there game why should i…. And cloud it looks like you are not enthused to play the game much anymore your whole demeanour towards the game has seemed to change by the look of it since the last video you made, one minute your happy the next your not i don't blame you man im not to impressed with PCF right now ether….. I have a feeling that 1 of 2 things is gonna happen with this situation, 1. The games gonna die due to an uproar on this issue because PCF won't fix the mod system or 2. PCF realises that not fixing the mod system is gonna kill there game and they save it by fixing the systems and making them the way they were intended to be the later situation is what im hoping happens.
