here with outriders & outriders demo – today we look at outriders character build but specifically for the outriders devastator build – one of the most broken abilities is the devastator earthquake within their ability pool so I had to talk about it – the outriders devastator earthquake interrupts, causes bleed and damage – so I felt an outriders devastator tank build would be great if you match mods up to it it can be a devastator invincible build – this makes outriders devastator overpowered due to not being able to die – and there will be a lot of outriders overpowered builds in the full release, but this in my opinion is the best outriders overpowered build in the outriders demo that uses abilities – devastator overpowered using one abilitiy is pretty cool as I really enjoy this class but when I saw that earthquake overpowered / golem overpowered I really needed to make an outriders overpowered builds guide for the outriders devastator broken abilitiy – outriders earthquale broken ? potentially if you feel being invincible is OP! Can’t wait for access to a full skill tree!
