I've killed Gauss 50+ times and no legendary.. I've hit burnout on the demo. but i can't wait to hit the ground running on release!
Tbh this feels like a single player game to me.
I don't like this game purely on the basis its always online but the entire game is stored locally on your PC. This is like if Borderlands was always online and decided to nerf drop rates on certain items to artificially inflate hours played. Why do devs care if players are getting legendaries easy in demo? if simply getting legendaries could theoretically burn players out that just means there isn't enough content to satisfy a good end game. Mind you I have 60 hours played before they started getting crazy with nerfing drop rates.
I'm playing highest tier i can for 2 days now and i haven't seen any legendary weapons.
But its nice to see the dev's stepping in to prevent BS for the online co op experience and not just let people ruin the games. Not to mention the open communication and transparency. Good jobs squares!
If they're cheating Thanos snap them. There's just no excuse. I have to play this game with lag problems on GeForce now due to the connection problems with the servers of GeForce now. My current connection is over 400mb/s. It took me hours to get my two legendaries and they felt rewarding. If I can play this game legit then everyone can play this game legit.
so far 32hrs in the demo, 2 legendaries only lol, i got the rifle and the lmg but I dismantled the lmg, it was so underwhelming. It looks badass but it just doesnt do the dmg I was hoping for. Rifle is nice, but I will dismantle once I get that thunderbird rifle, still trying to farm it lol
If you wait until you are max level, 7 in the demo, and max world tier, 5 in the demo, before you claim your world tier rewards they will be at their highest level. I you claim them as you go they will be lower level
RNGesus only gave me one legendary so far
I don't think they should get "banned" but reset there players day one, and if you used a cheat to get the gear lock them from any multiplayer including playing with friends for a certain timeframe.
Maybe it’s me but I think it’s stupid to brag about getting a legendary in a DEMO smh people will do anything for clout
I don’t care nerfing the chests is a slap to the face of 99 percent of the players playing this game and trying to get the fun things to try and playing the right way. The drop rates are horrible and since the update all I get are greens and the odd blue this has turned me off the game and I’m not sure I want to pick up the game anymore. This is sad because I was really excited for this game but the demo has opened my eyes as gamers have been burned a lot lately and I don’t want to waste my money again on a game that isn’t what it is advertised as

The ppl are gonna make this game flop if they don’t get off their division grind with this game shit it’s pve only they need to chill out hard af all that grinding for legendary and when the game comes out and you get to a new level you gotta drop legendary gear to put on a common pc to level up anyways cuz I’m not gonna farm legendary gear until I get to the very tip top
I played the demo long enough to get used to the movement and then stopped so I wouldn't ruin the game before it came out. No legendary farming, so that will be fun at least
Farmed for over 200 hours not 1 legendary 😅 I actually gave up farming because of this. Did maybe 3-4k captain runs

Personally i dont care as this doesnt effect anyone but themselves and their own enjoyment of the game.

also, legendaries should be ultra fkning rare…. thats kinda the point of them being "Legendarily Rare"… like… the Tiers refer to their rarity in the fkn description.

Ive put in about 100 hours got no legendary weapons im happy just learning my classes
I do farm the five chests just to fill my characters
I have got one legendary. The rifle called ralrogs gaze i think it was. I played through the demo about 30 times but it was the entire demo each time
At least the developers are getting plenty of data feedback from players farming the hell out of the demo. I alone have put in 70+ hours with a handful of crashes. Always always send the crash report people to help them out.
Before they nerfed the 5 chest run I got exactly 1 from doing that for about 2 days. I never had any luck from the Captains runs and I have not gotten another one since the 5 chest run got nerfed.
We don’t want a D2 launch scenario where everyone had every exotic within the first week.
Iv played for 2 weeks and still havent had any legendarys as yet,, tbey are super rare in my experience
I did side quest for 3 days. Got nothing. Final game better not be that trash.
I don't mind if they ban cheaters but I really hope that they work out how the anti cheat engine works. Flagging accounts that grinded for hours on end to get legendaries and flat out banning players for having too many items/legendaries in your inventory would be pretty messed up especially if you grinded for them and it isn't a exploit if you are farming a enemy that drops items on death or reloading a mission. I remember that there was a bug in Remnant from the Ashes that just locked you out of multiplayer for having 350+ of a item in your inventory. You could have simply got removed for collecting a average amount of consumables of a item you didn't use if you played since release.
Don't ban. Remove their ability to play co-op. That way if they want to cheat on a game they buy they can do so. I've played with cheaters in other games and just picking up loot as they run through a room is not fun and ruins the experience.
A trainer that unlocks Legendaries???? Jesus, doesn't this have anti cheat ffs…same ppl that will complain that they have nothing to farm.
In all my farming, I've only gotten 1 Legendary weapon. I'd like to get at least 1 more before the game goes live but if I don't, its all good.
Ive gotten 1 legendary in 9hrs of running the captain killing him in 20seconds. A streamer has got 32drops..🙄
Be cool once the game comes out. That they put in armor color changes so if my friends and I play the same trickster and don't look the same. Maybe I want to look Fabulous in unicorn vomit while a Cap a NPC's head off. I haven't grind for a thousand hours since demo has came out but I've only played for about 30+ hours and only got one Legendary which is the Marrow LMG. Not a bad gun but am a AR and shotty runner.
– They should've just placed a limit on how many Legendaries one can obtain in the demo. Kept it simple. That would've literally prevented most of the back and forth cleanups.
Man I’ve probably played this demo for like 40 hours but I have a job and a life so I have to work every day and don’t have time to grind it like I want to and I have not got a single legendary

Been playing sense demo release and still never got a legendary. Im ok with them havin us start over if it comes to it. The demo was short but was still fun to replay. Im now just gonna wait to play it again when it gets released.
If its as hard to get the legend as it has been, I will be done with this game. My brother and I have played this constantly since launch. 100s of hours and only one legendary dropped and my brother got it. This is no exaggerations. Its B.S.
Keep drop rates low. That’s why I don’t play BL3 anymore
I got my two legendary guns after like a week of grinding and i just finished playing the demo after that and it didn’t seem boring to me either.
I grinded my ass off and I managed to get 2 of them. I turned the game off and when I went back in I lost both of them. I'm still mad at that.
I got my first legendary after almost 36 total hours grinding lol
I've played at least 50+ hours resulting in 1, ONE legendary weapon. Was all geeked up to grind tnite and had to delete an re-download the demo twice after the last update due to crazy issues. Assuming it was because of these issues.
Thanos snap their legendaries and then!! Reduce their inventory size by 90% sunset their gear all of it for new pickups and then reduce them to only be able to do world tier 3 max lets see them have fun then 🙂
been playing since the demo release. I have 6 legendary's 4 on my technomancer, 1 on 2 of my other characters I started all 6 characters and I seemed to get legendary's once I maxed out the accolade for finding/picking up weapons Tier V. My friend has 2 he also managed to get a few epic clothing items from the vendors before the update(s). his legendary weapons were both different from anything I got. We play on Xbox Series X so we definitely aren't cheating we're just happy about the load time difference between the one and the series X. If it isn't a live service game then what is the problem? There is no economy for the cheaters to ruin, so who cares if they want to play like this? It doesn't effect anyone else.
