I do hope the all the armors we've seen in the trailers aren't the ONLY legendary armor sets
I'm a grown man but this game brings out the toddler in my head. "I want the game, I want the game, I want the game now,I want it, I want it now,……………"
Not to be a downer but I’m not really impressed with the armor mods. The passive tree was very basic (mostly all nodes were “increase X by %”) which forces build diversity through items. With these items, the mods are so streamlined and offer such a large boost to specific skills, it essentially forces players to have a matching set to get the best boosts for their desired build (unless there’s other armor that offers similar boosts but isn’t a set, we’ll see). Diablo 3 made the same mistake where all players playing the same class were the same, and the only thing that made them different, for the most part, was which armor set they wanted to wear that season.
Hopefully this isn’t a pattern because a game that aims for build diversity and character customization fails at both of those when all the thermal bomb pyromancers all wear the same gear in endgame.
