Outriders: Quarry – All 10 Journal Locations
There are a total of 10 Journals that can be found in the Quarry Region.
To get into the other Bunker Doors you will need to complete “The Outriders’ Legacy” Side Quest.
To open 1st Bunker Door, it will open as you begin the quest.
To open 2nd Bunker Door you will need Sergio Acosta’s Key.
To open 3rd Bunker Door you will need Sarah Tannar’s Key

For some reason, I don't seem to be getting credit for 8 and 9 on this list even though I know I picked them up. I'm at 7 of 10 on the map screen. I did miss 10 though. Could it be that I need to pick up all 3 to get credit for all 3?
Aw do I need to do the outriders legacy again? I'm missing 2
