They shouldnt have put legendaries in the demo because now if you get it in the game it doesnt seem special.

Answer to that is simple, those were the farmables in the demo so get those right out of the gate but its better because you now have those mods.

titanium is not rare at all. you get a buttload of them from expeditions
Hey quick tip you can do the side quest for gen experience turn them in later the reward will be ur lvl
May I ask if the lvl of the weapon is depended on ur character lvl or world tier ?

I got a handcannon with death chains already on it. I then added the mod that uses lightning. At lvl 34 (weapon) in world tier 4 I can one shot any non-elite enemy with twisted rounds equipped. I can 2 shot with no ability active
