Another Borealis Shaman variation, cool. But you say Cold Snap only has three uses. Well, Icicle Storm is very strong in this build, not sure why you're not using it. It makes clearing adds super fast and easy. It's the main reason I use Cold Snap in this build.
And many different weapon mods work, so everyone can try different ones and go with what they like. Don't have to be ones that require crits, there are many great on-hit mods. Build has great sustain and a lot of CC, very safe to play, so there's lot of room for experimenting.
