Outriders Technomancer Build | RAIN OF PAIN Anomaly Build – Most Interesting Build In The World !?

Leeroy Gaming is proud to present an outriders technomancer build | the “Rain of Pain” Anomaly build. This build combines an 11 second pain launcher cooldown rotation with AOE mod procs while maximizing Toxic, Burn, and Bleed damage no numerous targets. Also leverages the concept of “burst damage” by using blighted rounds in a way nobody used blighted rounds, as a 15 second damage boost cooldown.

This custom build by Leeroy Gaming explains all the gear, mods, skills, skill tree choices, and provides a tutorial for the weapon and skill rotation. A 2 minute showcase of the build along with a full CT15 clear with end of run damage breakdowns is also included.
