You missed a way to reload your weapon's Volcanic ammo. There's the Feed the Flames (FtF) tier 1 talent, Bullet Absorption, that reloads 33% of your weapon's magazine for each FtF tendril(?) that you release when you activate the skill. So combine this with FtF's Wide Grip for a 66% reload or a 99% reload with the Flame Grasper mod from the Legendary Waistcloth of the Reforged armor set that give you 2 extra tendrils when activating FtF.

What you might want to look into is Bullet Absorption (replenish 33% ammo for every affected enemy) from Feed The Flames (Tier 1 armor mod) combine it with Flame Grasper (Tier 3 armor mod) and Feed the Flames gets 2 extra targets, this way you have one more weapon slot open for another damage mod
Been looking for the perfect balance for pyro. I like ash blast over overheat (yes you lose some damage buffs but wow does it save my ass). Now I just need to unlock a few more key mods 🔒

So with volcanic rounds I use the mod bullet absorption which gives 33% of your mag back from each enemy that is marked its waaaay better the momentum one in my opinion
Love the detail that you give when explaining the best ways to spend your class points. I wish the pyromancer could be more powerful relying more on burn damage and overall skill damage. All the most efficient pyromancer builds I’ve seen so far involve volcanic rounds. I’d rather just kill enemies with fire instead of shooting them
