This is just my same techno turret build except I slapped scrap grenade clip combustion on my pistols I never had to use anyway before so I can destroy the dumb rifts now.
Oh and also I tweaked my skill tree to remove the extra weapon leech buff in the top tree and just grab more resistance and armor in the middle so just know that if you see my past videos. I’ll eventually upload a new one with my skill tree too I just couldn’t in this video cause the fight was too long lol. I realized an extra 5% weapon leech is minimal and most of my regen especially in this expedition at the end is coming from my massive skill leech turrets. I still don’t think resistance does much in this game but can’t hurt to add when I got no other options, and a little more base armor just helps with all damage at least and I don’t have to shoot things to get that bonus such as being stun locked or frozen.
I tried carrying someone on him earlier and instant died from full health eventually when I got Yaagak 3/4 down too lol. That’s just the bull crap with the million rifts on the battlefield. It’s why I’ve said my dev and trickster are better tanks since they both get access to real defensive abilities that make them nigh immune from everything including the rifts whereas a techno and pyro for all their health regen capability are always still vulnerable to that sort of stun lock death sentence you can’t always predict in EOTS. I mean they can solo it easily because Yaagak only summons two rifts at a time with one player.
But throw anymore players in who can’t do anything with you and you basically get exponentially more rifts in the field while taking way longer to kill him. My techno and pyro can still do it SOMETIMES but it’s just rng at that point running around constantly hoping you don’t get hit at that right moment while trying to kill the reavers.
Well now it seems my techno turret build is finally able to carry better too just because of my pistols. He was always my 2nd best tank I would say. My dev and trickster are kinda tied whereas this techno build while still suffering the unavoidable lack of defensive ability just has WAY more skill leech and weapon leech stacked than my pyro or other techno build.
And I realized I’m already out healing everything else just from my 3 turrets shooting anything, my health regen buff and just having a ton of health. So this allows me to not use my weapon leech gun and just focus on killing the rifts every time he summons them then bringing him down maybe more slowly but still at a decent pace with moaning winds.
You’ll still see bad moments though just because every time the reavers drop I have to concentrate on them which allows him to get more rifts up. Still it’s not as bad since he usually doesn’t have any up at the start so I’m not taking as much damage as before.
Overall I think I finally made the perfect tank techno indeed who can not only solo
EOTS easily (all the classes when built for a tank can do that or even dps since Yaagak goes down real fast actually BUT those builds I still see sometimes die more since it’s rng still hoping you end the boss quickly enough before the reavers get you)…but can now carry people reliably through it too. And that’s also why I made him look like a devastator now 😂. Although he’s actually wearing a bunch of different class armors I thought all went well together to make him look like a final boss. Trespasser helmet, marshal armor and gauntlets, lava lich robe, and statues feet. He’s wearing every class except techno lol.
