Pathetic response. Doesn't matter what is real or not, our perception is that they don't care about the game so that's on them to handle.
They're failing at actually fixing the game.
They sold me a broken product and now they whine that I'm not praising them for trying to fix it.

Their lacklustre approach and laziness in developing the game and outright lies has what's driven the players away and why the player base has dipped so much!!
Nerfs a few days after release …. Its not a live service but its being treated like one, so when are they going to admit they lied about that part?
Alphas and brood mothers stun locking/knock backs ….. this was supposed to be fixed, but it's actually worse so again, why are they lying about the fix?
Numerous bugs….. How can they say they spent five years on this and have it released with more bugs than a termite mound, in a worse state than Cyberpunk2077? It's more lies, it's more like twelve months spent on developing this game and the rest spent on other projects, so again when they going to admit they lied on this?
Progression blockers/stealth buffs….. They have stealth buffed damage and health of enemies in expeditions, myself and everyone else I've spoken to can't complete the respective CT they used to, it's now they have to drop down at least two tiers to complete for any reward, so why do they feel the need to be so sneaky and scummy to do this?
Stealth nerfs…. twice in two patches they attempted to sneak in stealth nerfs and when the players called them out on it, their response was it was "unintentional" changes ….. yeah right, more lies!!
The armour "bugs" ….. People dying quickly and getting one shot when they shouldn't, their calling it a bug, I call it bull 💩!! Their taking their time to fix it because its not a bug It's, it's something they purposely implemented!! It's another example of their scummy tactics to extend the life of a game that's pretty much going to be on avengers game level population very soon!!
Clearly they can't be trusted and don't care, the game is still a total mess and it's unlikely it'll ever be fixed!!
If people want to defend this for whatever reason that's lies choice, me i would prefer not to be consistently lied to and they have just given me justification to boycott any future games by PCF and Square Enix.
They can't be trusted with any transparency .

I love this game there might be fue bugs but I still enjoy playing it , I think people need give the devs a chance to fix the problems they are trying their best. Thanks for the video keep up the good work mate.

Community manager taking it personally that the game doesn't work and people want their money back. He needs to realize that he's literally just the community manager…
Gamers, with the rise of social media have becoming very toxic and quite frankly insane meaning that they do the same things over and over again expecting a different result. Every game with this type of genre in the last few years has had a tough launch due to bugs, connection issues etc yet people rush to buy which is fine but you have to know this is not something new and is expected. So the fatal error on your part (the consumer) is that you don't seem to learn from your mistakes and you lack realism. I bought this game knowing 100 percent its going to have problems, but im still playing it, it needs to be fixed sure but gamers need to stop attacking developers as if they know how make a game and understand what's goin on. You don't. So if you're angry about your 60 dollars or the state of the game, learn your fucking lesson and wait next time instead of attacking other people because you are upset about something that is a usual problem

I get that but the issues isn't really him. Their company seems very mismanaged if he is having to take so much time himself. Maybe they should increase their staffing. My concerns is that I have yet to see a post addressing the bugs to login to the game itself. I haven't seen that addressed and I feel thats vastly different than the bug for matchmaking for multiplayer. I've seen post about damage mitigation, restoration, appreciation packages, drop rates, etc. but when it comes to the biggest problem which is people not being able to login into the game at all we can't. Some can't even get a refund and they are 100% entitled to it. Many are angry because they can't get a refund and they have that right. The fact that the game is still being sold in the condition that it's in doesn't harbor sympathy either. Yes it's a lot of work to fix but thats because it was released this way. It's hard to ask the community to be better if the devs aren't doing their part effectively and being fair to their consumers.
I only got 2 legendarys I already had with the restore but I didnt lose anything Im not mad I only have like 10 legens anyway and for the people that lost everything and could not play on their main I think thats fine they got god rolls
In my honest opinion I think the community just needs to back off a little bit and give them time to work. I see tons videos every day and posts on Twitter on the outriders page talking about how sucky the game is and how there not doing their jobs. You put yourself in their shoes and see if you could do any better. I'm a 150000% sure that you could do no better than them you were probably do worse.

Im sorry but I have to agree with the devs at this point. Ive been playing since launch and even the demo , yeah there is alot of things wrong with the game but its not going to stop me from playing a game that I enjoy. It's a different take on looters and shooters imo. The thing people dont seem to understand is it takes alot of work and different channels to go through to push out fixes and it seems like everyone wants things NOW but dont understand how much work it takes to push out fixes. The thing that really bothers me though is when you get content creators cough Born 2 Game who puts out a video about people being toxic by kicking out players from matchmaking but in a later video he was found doing the exact same thing 😂 dont call the kettle black when you yourself is a hypocrite to your own words
Save me the pitty party. 5 years to release a broken game that has a 1 step forward, 2 to 5 steps backwards. 60 damn dollars? Can I buy a car that has a fuel pump that doesn't work? Then they fix the fuel pump and the dash completely stops working. They take 5 times longer than expected to replace the fuses, and somehow replaced the transmission fluid with rock salt. I'm submitting a refund request to PlayStation. I gave this game every chance to work. I gave it over a month. It is worse than ever. I can't complete a ct now because I get wrecked randomly. I never used the bugged golem mod. It's a completely new, completely unrelated, broken system. How did they code this? Why would fixing numbers on "X" completely ruin "A", "G", "P" and "9"? 9 isn't even a damn letter. Took the a month to refund inventory wipe. How hard would it be to just refund a god roll lv 1 and the mats to lv it to 50? Should have been a 3 day fix. I'm so sick of this industry being the only industry that gets away with knowingly selling faulty goods.

I think he isn't understanding the outrage…. They gave us something that seemingly felt WAY under tested. Within a day of playing and doing Co op you could see massive issues with the mechanics , not even bringing up connection issues just basic GAME MECHANICS. Like I think people more or less wanted a statement and a reason as to WHY we was given something so flawed , then add in all the things going wrong with connections/ inventory etc.. like WHY IS THIS HAPPENING YET AGAIN.
I think at this point myself and many many others I have talked with are so sick of getting busted half baked games due to some reason because it's always (Not my fault*) dev or company that Outriders is just taking all the built up frustrations of time on top of it's own failures. I feel for the people I truly do but at some point Players get sick of being fed bullshit and bottom line is that is exactly what a bunch of us are feeling with OutRiders.. just more Bullshit getting shoved in our face and then the "We told you this and this" is suppose to be ok ? No how about you served up a FULL RELEASE at $60 and it works or feels like it was Fully tested with proper time management in fixing major issues. Again I feel bad this has to be draining on someone but His post and response is more "feels" from him with missing the point of frustrations from the community, and with 8yrs of experience I would think this would be more clear.

Community Managers aren't worth their 2 cents if their developers and those who actually have say or the right to chose what to do, and when to fix a bug. Community Managers will be seen as a huge fail when they company they work with are complete trash, years of work on a game, and EVER since it first came out its been broken/bug to high hell. The loot table is poorly designed, The game hinted at it being having healers, dpsers, tanks for the expedition. Sadly you are you own tank,healer, and dpser, The Weapons armour have a poor design with a interest because of the Mods or armour perks which lets face it your only using maybe 1 set, not because its generally OP but because that is the only real viable set. Same can be said for the skill tree.
What song plays in the VERY beginning and then again 20 seconds in and is in the background!?? I LOVE that beat
