I really enjoy the mobility skills in the game. However, having cinematic triggers be based off the players position. Instead of the status of any combat sequence is not ideal. A number of times I've found myself pulled out of combat (mid fight) only to come back surrounded by the next wave of enemies. It's kind of like I'm being punished for using the fun tools they've given me.
Yea, it's just a game I cannot get into. I've played the demo, and all that good stuff, and for me personally just feels boring. I'd rather replay missions on Division 2, or go play survival on Division 1 honestly. That's just my opinion, and how I feel about it though. If people are having a blast, and loads of fun playing it then more power to them. It's just not for me.
I'm really enjoying the game so far, it won't replace Division but it will fill the gap until the new content gets releases. It won't kill off Destiny but at the moment it's a better game to play than the current state of Destiny.
I think it's pretty fun, I love division also, I think it just a launch and will get better aspects but in the end you cant make everybody happy and everybody's a critic
I really didn't like outriders but I can see the appeal. People are enjoying the power fantasy outriders has to offer. Being able to destroy everything right out the gate seems cool but it would get stale quick for me. Gonna wait a month or so to see how the game shapes up. But as it stands it's a no for me.
They said it would destroy destiny an division but the only games that can kill them are themselves they do a good enough job at destroying .. plus outriders felt like its trying to be 3 different games on one
I enjoyed the video and was trying so hard not to laugh as you explained why you might change your mind and consider making content about Outriders. Whoever said that Outriders would kill the Division is wrong. Outriders isn't a live service game with a built-in fan base. I heard you trying not like this game. Can't wait for your Outriders video.
Outriders is junk, and i dont get the people defending it. It crashes a lot.. It drops connections… All the time, can barely get an hours gameplay with 30 mins trying to get back on. The music.. Trash The story, compelling in places but so dry and dull in most of it. Art is ok. Gun play is crap compared to even anthem. Gameplay loop…like anthem..great in places and dull in others. Travel to do quests.. Terrible Loading screens everywhere for everything. Its average and everyone knows it…
And its endgame… Fuck me… Its just horde mode.. A fucking horde mode.. No mechanics just shoot. Div1 was shredded for sponge boss and enemies… Anthem destroyed by its launch.. Yet the game is getting praise.
Outriders is a good game, but playing it over the last two days just makes me realise how great The Division 2 is.
Outriders doesn't have the weight of The Division 2 or the bullet impact of Destiny 2. It just feels like a mismatch of other influences that deliver an overall decent game.
Something about the way characters move in Outriders, in addition to ADS, feels off. I know some of these settings can be tweaked, but I've never had to turn down "turn speed" in any game until now. And no matter what I do, nothing makes the controls feel as they should (on console). This is my chief complaint. I assume it was intended to give the game an arcade feel, but I do not like it.
And as much as I think the story seems interesting albeit cheesy, nothing is compelling me to keep playing. It's a looter shooter – my favorite genre – and I do not feel at all compelled to play it. Something is wrong with this picture. Knowing that each stage is a room full of baddies segmented by another room full of baddies really kills my enthusiasm. It's like a mobile game. Heck, in some ways it's worse because there is so little deviation. It means that every single place you go, no matter what type of enemies you kill, you know what is coming next. There is no surprise.
I assume People Can Fly couldn't afford the expansive development of an open world game and so tried to make a AAA game on a budget. And hats off to them for that. I think it's a smart/creative approach given their resources. And it's clearly working for a lot of people. But, everything from the really bad graphics, to the horrendous character creation, to the awful environmental design which feels like it was ripped out of a game two decades ago – these are all reasons it didn't resonate with me.
I tried to like Outriders. I've downloaded it on 3 separate occasions after uninstalling because I wanted to give it a fair shot. But it's clear this game wasn't meant for me.
You could put out a tweet! Seriously 10min for this…..sir I can see where this is going….soon in near future, YOU WILL BE ASKING FOR FUNDING OF YOUR PROJECT!😂😂😂 oh man
The game is pretty much busted now anyway…It's really depressing. I really don't understand how they can't get these launches straight. I gotta say The Division 2 had a pretty decent launch if I remember correctly. It wasn't perfect, but I recall enjoying how stable it was…
I believe they do need overcriticism because they were selling themselves as the G.O.A.T. of the genre and understanding 100% what community wanted. They created so much hype trying to bring the Division destroyed community into something that was "superior" and so many saying that this would destroy The division and been so happy about it. Is 2021 and you still don't know how to make a stable connection/gameplay for a coop game? Rlly???
Karma is a bch XD
Now…
I am laughing so hard of that people that are regreting their comments cause, as much as I can support the free speech, mockery and toxic comments to Massive even getting into a point of insulting the community that still supports The Division and now they have two choices:
Pretend everything is fine and don't admit their mistake. Be full silent about the situation.
TBF I don't think that they will admit they fkd up so I highly doubt about them finally understanding the side of Devs and appreciating all they have done for us in so many aspects of The Divison franchise itself.
I feel sorry for those who have nothing to do in this drama and do feel somewhat dissapointed on the game. I wish for them that the game (Outriders) can get improved and they can enjoy what they were promised. Cause at the end, we are all gamers and that is enough to bring us together.
I haven't played outriders but from what i see, it just doesn't have the same flow & depth as the Division 2 had when exploring in and out of missions. Even the atmosphere + structuring of PvE play is lacking.
Please don't cover this game and stick with The Division 2. I've been playing it non-stop and it's no where near as good as D2 OR D1. The game is an absolute ridiculous rage fest.
first

So far so good minus the fact I can't get on the server
Best game ever Division 2 bud
Anyone know what's up with the outsider servers

Outriders just seems VERY underwhelming to me.

Idk who said outriders would destroy the division but I'd love to have a convo.

I said…..Outriders were an unfinished product and I was not going to spend money on it.
After I play the Demo I though, is this supposed to be a Finished Product?
Nah…..I am DONE buying unfinish games FROM ANY DEVELOPER. Unless they prove they have a good product they do not deserve my money.
The Gaming industry is the only industry in the World that ask for the money at front without any guarantee to product or quality!
Outriders…..another unfinished game sold to the masses that are addicted to emotional experiences base on video games!
They said it would destroy destiny an division but the only games that can kill them are themselves they do a good enough job at destroying .. plus outriders felt like its trying to be 3 different games on one
Outriders seems unfinished to me, I think it has a lot of potential, not paying full price for it at this point.

Tldw: Because in contrast to Ubisoft, they don't pay me to cover it!
I appreciate all your videos, don't matter what game, you cover, great video
Servers are absolutely garbage right now, which is unacceptable.
How is the book coming?

This game was fun. The demo. But I'm just not interested in going any further than the demo. I understand. It's not that good.
The game is pretty much busted now anyway…It's really depressing. I really don't understand how they can't get these launches straight. I gotta say The Division 2 had a pretty decent launch if I remember correctly. It wasn't perfect, but I recall enjoying how stable it was…
Played, overhyped…

One thing is clear to me no matter what… #WeAreTheDivision
Stay safe everyone.
Dislike Outriders and unsubscribed to a bunch of channels that was doing division content and now spamming me with outriders videos.
I was going to purchase the game and then got turned off from being booted from servers! I'll wait when it goes on sale Lmaooooo
People compare Outriders to Gears of War and the Division but to be honest the play style is much closer to playing Doom Eternal.
I haven't played outriders but from what i see, it just doesn't have the same flow & depth as the Division 2 had when exploring in and out of missions.
