It’s not just you and your friends Karpo something similar happened to me except the captain killed me but I didn’t die, it just reset right to the beginning of the encounter, and I was solo, it was constant

We aren't having any issues . Captains are going ape crazy against 3 players, but we never get booted out. Playing on 2 Series X and one Series S.

Yes as i said on one of your other videos. This happened to me and i lost a legendary from my inventory which i had just picked up.
