Nice idea with the low world tier. But i dont think its a good idea. Its not Destiny. Outriders will not have that much content. You just burn out quicker.
I dont get it. Based on that item progression picture i saw on a dev post WT 15 item level is equal to CT 9
Why even have WT 15 if you get lower item level loot than in in CT 9 wich is supposedly more easy than WT 15?!
The only reason i can think of is that with WT 15 its higher chance for legendarys than in CT. But in CT you can get higher item level bases
Now that everyone else has had a chance to complete the game and get started on endgame us PC users will be happy to start playing this afternoon!

Any specific grind to level, or method?
With the skills tree can I have every single perk equipped at once or do I have to follow one of the three paths ?
I don't understand why people are rushing to finish the story to get to end game tbh.
