Raising your world tier too early is going to make the came crushingly difficult for almost no benefit in outriders. Wait until you max out before you start raising it too fast!

  1. While I didn't push too hard and turned down the WT during tough battles, I see no reason to hold down WT natural progression. I made it to WT 10 at the end of the story. After some farming and Expeditions, I'm now at WT 12

  2. You forgot to take into account that if you keep it on a lower tier, the world tiers wont progress so youll have to go back and redo old content over and over to get it levelled up. Thats not that efficient

  3. Or maybe get a firm grasp or the mechanics, and challenge yourself. Don't settle for an easy gaming experience. Give yourself grey hairs and heart attacks. You gonna remember the easy game, or the game you struggled on, cried about, and screamed in victory.

  4. Note: It is VERY important to mod the gear early with the abilities you are using. There is no point of having gear without a mod that you are using. It costs literally 50 leather to put the lvl 1 mod on that you need that will make a HUGE difference in your ABILITIES power. This guy has over 38k leather?! why?!?! no wonder it was hard, your gear was not optimized with your abilities….and that is why your abilities felt like trash. Loved your content for Destiny but I think you made this video a little too early before you took the time to fully understand crafting at each level.

  5. This is a Leason for Life. Now we know 'no live service or micro transactions' is sheittalking an excuse for realy bad servers since nothing can be gained by running good servers.

  6. I would say a few things regarding anomaly power (which influences damage dealt with abilities). I play fairly comfortably at WT8 solo at level 18 so far with a more anomaly focused build. By keeping mods on my armor to fully enhance my abilities, I can have two uses of temporal blade and an almost fully enhanced cyclone slice that wrecks shop and leaves me well armored. I die here and there against the more obnoxious captains in tight spaces but overall it’s not that bad.

  7. Level 27 at the moment, still playing the story and already WT13, it's hard but you get a shit load of epics. more epics means more crafting material to level up your gear and "catch up", which allows you to keep items with good talents and stat allocations.

  8. Im Level 21 and im playing on World Level 8 and to be honest I like ist , sometimes its a bit challenging, especially with Bosses, but thtas what i look for. Im playing a Devastator with the Seismic Shifter build. But i understand your point , I think with the other Characters I will go the way like you just said.

  9. I already solo’d the story solo with technomancer and just letting the world tier go up. It made it hard yes but it was a cool challenge and enjoyed it alot.

  10. If you rush the game and don't do any side quest or take some time to do some farming. Yes, you will end up in this situation where you are not at the appropriate level for the current mission. However, I have been taking my time in this game and have world tier on auto mode and have yet to face an enemy that was overpowered. Yes, there have been some tough battles, but nothing I couldn't handle as a solo player. I'm at World Tier 8 and I have yet to downgrade my world tier once. You said it's not a skill thing, that is true if the enemies are overpowered, but is also true if you don't understand your character game mechanics. No need to downgrade World Tiers in my opinion. Just take it easy on the game, and complete all the content for each location you hit and you should be fine. These side quests and other missions provide the necessary gear needed for the next mission. To many of you guys are rushing the main storyline and skipping the side quest, hunts, and bounties because you want to save them for endgame farming.

  11. This makes complete sense. Why am I sweating my balls off slogging through the story and side missions when it's END GAME where the sweat should begin. Thanks for making my mind up for me lol

  12. Cant say that I agree with you on this part 🙂

at lvl 22, WT 12 soon atm. No issue what so ever with weapons or anything – Crafting weapons a bit and making sure to have my mods so that my built works. Honestly… No issue.

I think that the issue is, that it flips it around a bit, you have to min max before end game, you cant just fly through it and with a "meh" gear built.

Also, your built matters as well. You cant just Meh a build and expect to do well, even in the leveling part of the game.
If I took your advice and didn't make sure that I have my mods – I would have a very crappy experience. Its a very different approach then a normal looter, since you usually just focus on items when you a near the end game, not in Outriders – and to be honest, it's a great change – you actually feel like you play the game and not juts some boring tutorial, where the end game finally shows you the "real game" – its already there, just use it.

  13. Going trough the campaign on tier lvl 1 and top spec devastator works really well with all the extra weapon dmg i get. I already did this but playing on auto tier lvl was kinda fun as well if you are not in a hurry

  14. I'm currently playing on world tier 10 and I just use a cracked out build I made that's doing thousands of damage with my cyclone slice and it's lasts for a good 20 seconds too if there's single enemies too tough I just pop my shield up and slice them all to hell

  15. Not sure wtf he's talking about. I completed campaign with final world tier of 10, max level 30 and never lowered the world tier. Some parts were a struggle but it's not as bad as he's making it sound…

  17. I'm at level 14 world tier 7 playing the same class shown, and there were times it took me 30+ minutes multiple tries to kill a boss. Once I got the weapon mods to get healing outside of close range kills, it became muuuuuuuch easier. Try getting a one shot sniper rifle with the "heals you for enemies killed since reloading" mod, it's a literal life saver and makes playing this class insanely easier. That mod on that type of rifle makes it so you get healed for every kill, while allowing you to one shot enemies from super far away. It's honestly vital for this class while playing on harder world tiers.
