The build focuses on Stacking Status effects and then increases all damage via damage % based on status effects. All gear pieces have Anomaly Power, Cooldown, Status Power.
You can alternatively drop the 15% damage boost mods for some other mods such as Damage Absorber, Rejuvination or Stand Tall.
Finally, Fortress on the Main gun is nice, but you can also change that for Shadow Comet – depends on your playstyle.
Moaning winds is nice to have but isn’t super required. I use it but you can live without it.
