Outriders Use Epic Emperor’s Will with Ashen and Toxic. In the Echoes quest to uncover the Origins of the Fort, the hero begins to get a few more epic gear than usual. This is the Corr 09 Mark with Emperor’s Will. But with the mods of Ashen and Toxic, the hero defeats the Feral enemies at the fort.
