We have to visit Jakubs grave in Utargak, then we do one of the Expeditions in Molten Depths. Then we depart for Driftwater and find a boat to get to the Black Gulch to search for Salvator, while taking out the enemies and The Fisherman., and then we get introduced to Commander Ereshkigal.
