We have to enter the Enclave’s main camp, then explore the forest and locate the old Outriders’ truck while going through the monsters to retrieve the oil pump from the old Outriders’ truck. Then we have to speak to Mercer at the Forest Enclave and find the picture, then we have to talk to Juno and then take out the Tyrannus. Then we have to do a hunter quest in taking down the Splittooth. Then after we rest we have to pursue Scurlock and save Zahedi while going through some soldiers.
