here guys and girls i show you what i believe to be the best legendary in the game for area effect aoe damage insane damage to lots of targets with a bit of improvising with mods
this gun will keep you alive never die again as it inflicts weakness on your foes and then absolutely shreds them with the scrap grenade…this weapon is a legendary hidden gem and one of the best and strongest legendary weapons in the game when modded correct

I think Grand Opening is a MUCH better mod to add for single shot sniper rifles. Scrap Grenade works good on Shotguns, especially if they have a good accompanying mod like Bone Shrapnel.
Been using this gun in the same configuration for weeks. It's amazing on my anomaly pyro for great additional damage while abilities are cooling down. Scrap grenade plus the other mod accounts for about half my damage. I don't have acari set though, stupid rng
It's great with grand opening on it too. 1st shot of clip causes anomoly explosion and is good for bosses at distance before you get in close.
I think to be honest Heir to the Desert is best for Pyro in conjunction with Fortress as it has Status power Armor pierce and Skills life leach. I hardly use the gun and use it as a buff stick mainly and swop to deathshield with moaning winds and then back after. Especially on middle tree the end node uses boosts armor pierce and Resistance piercing and with the extra armor pierce from Heir to the desert and by using no resistance against the fortified you can get 97% resistance piercing and wipe the floor with most enemy's.
