Dude, DLC's are not payments to "complete the game". Its an expansion to encourage players to play more and give them a reason to play. Also, its how game developers make extra money for themselves over time and brings new or old players

I just subscribed im playing dcuo on xbox went bk to it 1 week ago after a 3 year break there still a lot of people that play and its fun
love me some real games.. buy full game.. nothing else except maybe paid expansions.. lovin it. the problem with live service games is they milk the cash shop so much they never have insentive to make a second game.. or make their game better..
You got me excited for the game, up until you said no pvp. Oh well, back to steam discovery queue, I guess.

Yooo DCUO was that game back in the day. Got ruined in updates that gave players that payed a bigger advantage PvP wise. Too much instance based PvE as well. Could have been a masterpiece done right. I do miss it from time to time.
