Outriders Worldslayer Build!-Introducing the Infinite Volcanic Round Faser Beam SUPER TANK Build



So I did this build a LONG time ago actually. It was right after I realized going max health middle tree pyro was not the way (by itself that is; now see my ultimate debuff build pyro) for being a true ultimate tank.

But I realized faser beam had so many defensive mods with it and was based in the middle tree. The down side is faser beam’s damage is ATROCIOUS without anomaly power stacked with status power. Status power alone is not enough which means you have to give up max health to make it viable thereby defeating the purpose of a tank.

So I did it but back then I capitalized the most on the anomaly power and resistance piercing stacking. I had no resistance against the fortified mod as well as two other raw anomaly increase mods to the point my faser beam was almost 1 million damage.

I still had damage absorber and I still had weapon and skill leech healing with the defensive faser beam mods.

But that was not enough..I could solo most expeditions fine tanking plenty of hits but I kept dying in Eye of the Storm to the anomaly rifts right after a faser beam use.

So I returned to this build upon my resistance realization I talked about in recent videos. Back then I only had 10% resistance from damage absorber mod and that was it. This time I made sure to get the resistance skill node and stack circle of power perfect for my low cooldown build too.

ALSO back then I used heatwave purely as another means to inflict burn with no mods for it. Thing is…I know with how often I use faser beam and with a large LMG clip and with max cool down on skills, I can maintain infinite volcanic rounds on this build TOO using bullet absorption ALONE. So I got that mod and swapped heatwave for feed the flames.

That now provides me with a second means of healing full health too (with the anomaly power I only need to hit one guy with it anyway to heal all my health) AND I now don’t have to reload my primary which is also a weapon leech healer and I can inflict burns even better now frankly as volcanic rounds with a LMG has always been the best way to inflict widespread burns everywhere. That then helps increase my damage too compensating for the loss of anomaly boosts on my faser beam.

The end result is a guy I think still doing less damage but not by much than before but being insanely tankier to the point, as you see, he joins the ranks!

Thing is my bleed build dev could still die but then he had 20k health and honestly insane bleed healing alone wasn’t as good as a short cool down skill providing you invincibility coverage every single use as this build does.

I wanted to do this build also because the new pax trees will help this build’s damage a LOT more with the 500% burn instease skill node coming and a ton of status power increases and another 15% universal cooldown. All of that will help this guy finally be as tanky as my devs even I bet since he will have a FOUR SECOND cool down on faser beam then.

That kind of cooldown on an essentially invincibility skill COMBINED with the skill leech burn healing, and the weapon leech healing, and the double armor buff you see I also got on this build AND the feed the flames with a cooldown buff too coming…all that makes up for my max health loss is what I’m trying to say.

Now I can still tell max health makes a big difference as you’ll note I still dropped below half way here when I deliberately (I was intentionally not moving plenty actually just to see what I can take in worst case damage) let his highest damage abilities hit. But then if I didn’t have 75% resistance and I bet I would’ve died lol.

I already went through Eye of the Storm by the way and will just say yes the guy utterly owns that even easier than Wellspring. I think it’s because the high resistance now let’s me take nothing from the anomaly rifts while faser beam keeps healing whereas in Wellspring the sheer amount of adds attacking you demand higher max health and armor.

But the point is I’ve tested it and this guy is my first guy to not rely on max health on all his gear yet still be able to take everything all the time and easily. I emphasize that because others like my bleed build devs could still solo wellspring all the time too. But as you know I’m looking for ULTIMATE tanks that truly never die even in worst situations and I know now a 20k bleed build dev who already inflicted bleed can still die at full health if 10 breacher shotguns hit him at the same time lol. As far as I know this guy cannot and maybe just from that extra 7k health thanks purely to the middle skill tree.

So that’s all finally…rant over. I love that I was able to find a faser beam pyro build that still works for the ultimate tank gameplay preference yet still does good enough damage.
