been seeing people mod other players FP,AP,health,armor and it sticks but i try to change it and it wont, tried modding the attributes on some pieces to say upgrade level 100 and it doesnt change anything, thank you

I accidentally sent the id drops to my note pad now when the ue is done updatin and i try to click player it dont chow any of the script/code and i dont know how to fix it plz help idont know what to do
i got the cheat table and everything but once i have finished modding the weapon ive chosen im then not able to unequip it or equip another one that i made and way to fix this thanks

when i change the attribute on a gear item it doesn't update what did i do wrong?
( i backed out to lobby and came back)
Can you unlock all mods with this?
are these changes permanent? or will have to do this every time u want to play the game
