I didn’t have all perfect gear for this clip but still did over billion damage.

1. Use weapon with Shield Maiden to max Shield
2. Switch to one-shot rifle and hit 3 crits
3. Use Venator’s Knife and Hunt the Prey
4. Activate Twisted Rounds and hit a non-crit for the kill

For the weapon with Shield Maiden I recommend something with decent mag size, long range and high RPM for stacking Shield fast. Double Gun is great for this but pistols or LMG are good too.
