moaning winds is absolutely amazing if you use it the reload method i show you in the video if you are using a ap build you 100 percent need to be running moaning winds it kind of hurts bullet builds bc we don’t try to reload so if you haven’t already found this weapon i highly recommend get on the grind its by far the best aoe mod in outriders.
