The best mod in outriders to make the best outriders build is actually nuts.
Ultimate damage link comes from an outriders legendary and it actually breaks the game. This will make any end game build so much better and clearing ct15 expeditions way easier. I am playing as an endgame devastator that can solo things easily. I hope you enjoy these outriders tips

  1. Hmmm…doesn't seem to be working for me. I wonder if it's mixing with one of your rare mods. Like the firepower when enemies are in close range one. It's the only one I don't have.

  2. Gonna try it on a kitted techno this afternoon, imagine it’s either not going to work to be dumb broken. Think it’s interacting with any other mods on your dev build? Gonna try it there too

Not sure what kind of damage the mark is doing but it may be an interaction between the marks feeding into one another. It would give you the result that you are getting and explain the secondary targets taking more damage than the one that you are shooting at.

  4. Is it possible that on mod activation that the game does damage to the boss as if all pellets hit doing max damage and then stacks each pellet with your damage boosting modifiers?

  5. This happens cause of shotgun pellet and mod interactions. You're actually procing the link multiple times per shot so the more enemies you hit per shot with pellet spread they all get linked to two other enemies PER pellet that hit that shot. If you clicked once and your pellet hit 10 enemies then all 10 of those enemies would each link to 2 other of those 10 enemies effectively causing 30 links instead of just 3. Shotguns are the absolute best weapon type in the game for using damage proc mods cause of this. Seeing 10+ sandstorms happen at once is fucking hilarious. I'm not sure if this functionality was intentional though. The reason it does so much damage to bosses is cause the bosses live the longest and end up with the most links.

  6. My assumption is it's a per shot damage like it calculates each pellet from the gun so it multiplies the mod damage by pellet damage. Definitely a cc mod but blown out of proportion. The mix of fire and anomoly damage is where those numbers come from.

  7. Probably the game count every pallet of the shotgun's shot to activate damage link, so you do 40% damage of the shot for every pallet. Probably the game give the link damage equal of the full shot damage for each pallet.
Sorry for the strange way to describe it, I'm so bad with English XD
