So these REALLY BAD issues are just being completely ignored by the devs. Well done PCF
On your point about tanking in this game cause of the damage mitigation. You couldn't tank before cause there's no way for the Deva to taunt enemies. A Behemoth would be attacking him and then he goes, "You know what? I'm now going to proceed to ignore him now for the rest of time, do a 180 and go run halfway across the arena to attack (whomever) til the end of time."
I will continue to say it but, I don't care about the bugs. The game is super wonky and bad on a design level. They could fix all the bugs tomorrow and we still be in a shit place. The end game structure is one of many and kind of a jump point for one of my biggest gripes. People will talk about how we need good loot, every person will parrot this on every game but I would ask 'why'? Warframe made me realize the stuff I want from looter shooters and one of the big ones is 'build diversity'. In fact the early promotional videos made me think that we were going to have it in Outriders. That was the thing that made me pull the trigger on this game. And I got something that was the complete opposite.
With the gear you can ask 'well, what's the point of using this thing?' all the time and just be dumbstruck on all the gear pieces and mods that are borderline useless. And I honestly don't want to hear crap about 'well its supposed to get you started, until you get the better stuff'. The better stuff being on legendary parts with horrible drop rates that even if you can do the high level stuff, good luck getting it to drop. (seriously fuck build videos where its bullet builds on the 3 classes with the Fortress mod.) To me, the best looter shooter will be the one that encourage you to play not to chase RNG unicorns, but one with a fun weapon/gear and enemy sandbox that makes you want to theory craft. Everything can work if combined and used properly. Warframe kind of allows you to do this but it could be better. Yes the build is gimicky, but it has synergy and can work.
Why would you run Shield Zap over Overwhelming Power? Why does most mods range only hit to 5 meters and there's no way to make it go higher? Why doesn't Global Cooldown affect the cooldowns on the mods? Why would I use other weapons aside from ARs, most notably Burst Fire? Why would you use any fire mode for that matter when certain modes clearly have a power advantage even with a low mag, and why do some modes are weaker even with a lower mag? Looking at you sharpshooter on ARs. Why do most legendries have no real advantage over epics and have the attributes on the same cap as them? Why do some legendries passives suck or extremely limited while others have awesome damage ones which in turn encourage the meta on the endgame you designed around damage? Why are most mod damage fixed and don't scale similarly to Overwhelming Power's damage being 30% of your AP? Why do on hit effects only affect the direct target and not other stuff around it if damaged by a splash effect? Resistance breaker applying to everything damaged by wrath of moloch for example. Or grand opening on a single shot rifle and have the slow mod that flat out says any damage you do marks enemies and will slow them on reload.

Bring honest Here. This was fun before the nerfs and patches. This game is dead. I'm back on Destiny 2. I will say this. This game will not get better. This is Anthem 2. It's a dead game and will not make a come back. Leave this game and find another. This is like Anthem and it's dead.

Heck, even the dev team behind cyberpunk 2077 is faster than PCF. I bought CP 2077 on PC and if I remember we got like 4/5 patches week 1. But the dev team behind Outriders is so slow! Everything takes ages!

BREAKING NEWS: devs were caught at 3AM loading sacks of cash into the back of a ford transit van. they all then piled into the van and the driver floored it back to poland. the voice actor for Jakub was in the passenger seat and was heard maniacally laughing while vodka was spilling out of the window.
What's funny is devs can do similar damage to the other classes triple rotating moaning winds… and now there's shitters on reddit that are saying moaning wind is op and it needs to be nerfed. My guess is butthurt fp class mains are getting salty.
I fucked my Pyro build in the end up, So all are welcome with my glass cannon ass, Sunday night I played with a Dev the players name was like QueenRayna or something similar he/she/they/them absolutely carried my arse in the higher tier 14 runs we done, Many thanks to them👍🏻🏴
I'm eager to see B2G to get his hands onto the seismic commander set. Once you get that set, you will have the most powerful class in the game. I have max level Trickster and Dev, and can't be bothered to play as the trickster…feels like it is made out of paper. Devastator all the way.
the hacking is getting real bad
Sorry boss, I have to disagree with you on the devistator builds. My friends devistator is spec’d into earthquake and uses scrap mod (when it works) and death chains. His numbers eclipse the group, of 250M damage to my 110M. I was playing as a bullet build and had to switch to spin to win b/c earthquake was making it impossible to keep bullets up. The problem is, the earthquake build (and most builds in the game) requires specialized gear/mods that take a long time to farm. Is that the players fault, no. PCF says they took inspiration from diablo and that is an obvious lie when it comes to high end loot at end game.
Been farming expositions for the myth that is called the deathshield for the last month…..all I get is cannonball armour or Thunderbirds lol

A devastator is welcome to join me anytime, iv gave up getting annoyed with the crap that's going on, I just play to blast the hell out of things and hunt legendary's lol
first off I don't really like speed runs, I'm not into charging into battle just to get wipe, You would think there would be a difficulty level called timed hardcore for those people that play this game all day., I don't would like to enjoy it and yes would like some gold but HEY, I got a life..
2nd; Sometimes I just open my game for random players in which people join have fun, if there was a base type of communication maybe you can send a message or chat with them letting them know, HEY I'm not fully geared join at your own risk. instead of running then getting wiped and the player disconnects before the rerun. We all want gold but have fun 1st. I completely hate they way this game forces people to do play a certain way, HELL the game is on rails not like its open-world, they need to increase the timer by XXX amount of seconds and/or minutes have a hard for the part timers (or should I say people with a life) leave the HARDECORE mode for the hardcore.
3rd; The lack of communication in game that's crazy how do you have a game designed for co-op and don't have basic communication. NOT every one want to be or can be on mic, 1) some people have speech/hearing problems you are alienating them, and finally environment is TOXIC. I was in discord waiting and listening to people and old my god, the toxic player base just killed it for me. There are only 4 people max in a game you can't add 1 line of text code each, Yeah I know it might be hard for the console play to communicate as its easier for pc players. but the entire development of this game over the years no one even suggested a type of ingame communication. (things that make you go hmmm).

Game is unplayable in multiplayer. Lags, delays, random kicks.
I leveled all classes to 30. Besides the "forced" legendaries I never even once got any random drop.
Playing alone is impossible because the whole DMG output – income – ratio is not balanced at all. Maybe I'm not the best looter shooter player on a console but then why is this the only game where I just can't get any progress in expeditions when I'm alone? My builds? What builds? U need specific mods to do them but without the drops u don't get the mods.
Another thing that I see all the time is that when I go into random multiplayer games the are in general under my level so I don't achieve anything at all.
And my stubborn a** is not accepting that I wasted money on a game that just doesn't work through conception and technical problems and refund policies are a joke since games come out nowadays in such a broken state.
Ok, enough ranting…

EVERYONE STILL PLAYING OUTRIDERS. THE CRIT STACKER MOD CAN BE STACKED TWICE FOR SOME REASON. BUT ONLY TWICE. ITS FREAKING AWESOME FOR FIRE POWER BUILDS

I got lucky being a pyro main in the beginning. I thought I picked the worst class.
PCF finally got me…played this morning and I was at lvl 24 and I get back on to play maybe an hour later. And my characters profiler and accolades was all reset just so needless to say Outriders is on my list of games that f..king is a POS and regret buying and actually playing it.
Thanks for talking about this. Im a dev Main and its depressing to consistently get kick from games. I feel like I got shafted for picking dev as my first character. it's totally ruined the game for me.
The golem army is the only mod that works and as intended and protect mates. By me i have 20s golem and other mates get 20% less of the duration so 16s golem for mates that will help them to survive.
Always get kicked as a devastator it’s frustrating

I dont have any issues playing as a devestator. I play as a dev all the time. My build is still very OP
Played the campaign, finished all expeditions to t15, maxed out all gear, and the legendary to complete my set can't be obtained. So I basically "finished" the game for me and uninstalled. Biomutant, please hurry.

As always it's already beyond PCF's concern and they don't care enough anyway as long as they maintain or gain numbers of people playing outriders. They don't care enough about tackling inappropriate behaviour and I feel it's of no concern to them to take action to reduce the ongoing abuse.

This game is supposed to be a fun power fantasy PvE, right? I've been trying to get the Lucky Jinx for my Pyro for 3 weeks. This week I'm off and I hope that all these issues are fixed by Friday.

I run with whoever and they get their loot. I joined a few and didn't get kicked, but now I'm still sticking to letting people join to prevent being kicked. I fear that will be the moment I finally get my Lucky Jinx that I'll get kicked.

I thin i am one of the few that doesn't kick people out.. people have joined at the last minute.. its all good.. last session i was joined by one player that ONE shotted everything.. OMG it was beautiful… T15 in 6mins… so from time to time, you'll get a good player… other times, just help out new players… i still feel like there are many things to do in the game.. like finish all the accolades.. i haven't started a new character.. replay the campaign with every class.. etc.. soooo if you want to join me after hours… k00lviruz is the name.
Not sure if it was a glitch or not be me n my friend ran 5 ct15 missions and cleared them all and got no legendaries…… We noticed that we had full resource drop points and after we spent some we started getting legendaries again. Hmmmmmmmm🤔🤔🤔

I saw the thing with kicking when the game came out and I was like yoo there isnt even a vote or anything its just straight up troll enabling
I dont normally comment often but I heard it helps boost with the algorithm so I try to because you make content I feel others need to see I feel like the people standing up for this game need to put some eye drops in because they stick up for broken messes I see the well its fun with friends used a lot and I said anything is fun with friends you could kick a rock around with friends and you could entertain yourself for a while
@Born 2 Game, I the game had/has a lot of potential… But unfortunately it's a buggy, broken, unfinished mess that died faster than Anthem. We basically have proof of this because every patch that has been released has only made the game worse. Tiago still sells the same legendary items, the RNG for items is absolutely Horrible. Just a huge disappointment 😞
I've played with many Devastators that can be close in damage to Techno. Get your Dev build right and damage and survivability is crazy. My 12 year old son solos Eye of the Storm easily with his Devastator. He still doesn't have Seismic helmet yet either
