You might think that this Outriders Firepower build is a funny meme, but it was an absolute blast to create and play. It ticks all the boxes I am looking for – damage, survivability, and crowd control – all wrapped in a weird but fun package. What are using for the helment and chest?
So which do you think is stronger: this FP build using Seismic Commander or the FP build that uses Borealis Monarch? Bleed/SC strikes me as probably more consistent damage as you won't have bosses gaining immunity. Freeze/BM will bring much better cc and seems to require less mods to set up.
But doesn’t this build have 3 dead mods for a pryo? So you give up 3 mod slots in exchange for +50% damage to bleeding enemies.
T3 Flame grasper mod from Waistcloth of the Reforged will definitely help keep your volcanic rounds up & is ideal for volcanic round fp builds. If not I use perpetuum mobile to always have volcanic rounds and mod Lava Shots for a 25% increase in damage using volcanic rounds. Im pretty sure that it is multiplicitive damage too.
healing receveid doesnt do anything in solo. means healing from getting healed by technomancer(or healingskills if your class has a healing skill) for example!!

Working on pyro fp build now new character at level 10 now t5 using hell rangers set , damage absorber Achilles heel , captain Hunter twice as hot, sharp eye bloodlust, anomaly echo, bullet kindling, personal space reforging bullets . my weapons are hell rangers lmg ultimate bone shrapnel death chains, pump shotgun hell rangers, moaning winds improved vulnerability pistol hell rangers moaning winds death chains . I may change some stuff around when I get better gear or closer to t15 my skills are heatwave, feed the flames and volcanic rounds, any suggestions? Great vid as usual enjoy your build vids as I keep learning more about the game
