Could you make a build with anomaly using heatwave, overheat and possibly thermal bomb for its low cooldown…but also want to have increases firepower.

Honestly with your #1 mod if you even if it did work properly you should easily be able to set something on fire within 4 seconds to skill leach for 6 seconds to survive and regain that mods effect.
if you use the right(best) Pyro build you dont have to cheese with bugged mods and/or defensive mods. the best build for Pyro is Heatwave,Overheat and Ashblast. you just cant beat that build.
