Break down those gloves and boots and hunt for a good rolled epics, you're loosing so much anomaly damage, status and cool down reduction

I appreciate you making a point to roll the full set without OP mods, but you’re missing out on so much anomaly damage. What they really need to do is allow us to have a 4 set and 5 set bonus. I mean they make a piece for every slot! Why not add some variety or additionally benefit to rolling all pieces.. sigh, never mind some much fail with this game dude. These ideas aren’t new.. they couldn’t polished this, added some QoL after or during the demo. It’s basically the same buggy ass game we played during demo.
Its definitly not doing 50% extra damage. Atleast i dont feel like it does. Only time ive seen benefit from it is when i dont have any mods on my armor that increases damage for said skill
BTW I am aware that I can min/max this higher by changing some stuff around, but the way I'm doing it is effective! Not every ounce of the game HAS to be min/maxed for that extra .42069 seconds it takes to kill something. We out here just having a good time making some fun builds and I hope y'all are enjoying!!!
Will it work for a fresh lvl 30 devastator? Most of builds are "CT 15 gold easy" but I'm not sure how to get there.,

What build did you use to get all these legendaries? Sadly my devestator didn't spawn with a full legendary set so I fear this build might not work without all the synergy you have. Ah hell rerolling a technomancer, damn you people can fly (shakes fists).
You should check out this gun combo: inferno seed (wrath of maloc + fortress mods) & The Wicker (inflics ash + swarm of locusts mods)
You should try using one or two pieces of Marshal gear like the helm and replace spikes with Endless mass. I also have a mod that debuffs enemies effected by endless mass vulnerability to help set up earth quake and I also use a mod that gives health back on gravity leap. It's been working pretty well for me as a bleed build.
naaa man no random stats on legendary gear. just let us spend shards to change the stats to something we want. that would bring more value to legendary items.
Fact u dont realize legacy helps wipe out everything on map including snipers half a mile a way gets u a thumbs down.
Stop biting with always the same build.. there are 2 different builds outhere right now that are better.. one is leap the other firepower devastator
I have noticed that geting a duplicate legendary will have beter stats than an upgrated one for weapons is dmg for gear i armor
Is it worth it admist all this to toss on a Thirst for Blood mod on a piece of gear? Enemies are gonna be bleeding, so you kill one, you got weapon leech on top of everything else.

I just use a 1.1 second reload submachine gun with scrap grenade, and clip combustion, i too use the bleed passives, use 2 earthquakes then fire reload, fire reload, im not having any issues and I'm at tier 14 atm
i just picked up a seismic top level 43. im level 30 t13. is it a good idea to level it up to 50?
My last three exotics have all been the Migrain SMG… I wish there was a way to have exotics unlocked and they are less likely to drop if you have already gotten them
I'd pay a ton of shards to re-roll or pick stats on armor so I can get those god roles a lil easier on the legendary loot I don't get much of xD

Hey Byrdman, interesting builds for sue. Anybody know if the mod ASUNDER takes off armor each instance it is used on an NPC or will it take off 20% each instance to wipe them down to zero armor?
