Your points are like they came straight out of my brain. I would sit here for 3 hours listening to your thoughts on the game. it is strange how much i keep going back to this game.
They should know who you are, your pretty much the only one talking possitive about this game. I went into it not expecting to enjoy it but a friend talked me into it and then after playing through the release weekend and loving it they broke it and I wasn't able to play so after about 2 weeks of trying I just gave up and haven't fired it up since a month after release.
Like nr 6 dammit… in roof … dark…. some 8 legged friends here…. come joun me….

In my dreamworld for this game i would get world tiers up to max as ct. S are. Also expand map to have more feeling of open world by expanding a bit and adding world bosses that drop something unique. Its a shame that game has insainly nice basegame map but ones u finish it there is nothing to do relly. Who wants to farm lvl 42 items when u are 50. Game has so mutch potential but i dont think devs c that In it exept fast cash. Basicly these game mechanics and division 1 style map can be linear but expanded.. Strongholds would be insain. My selfe i like that mythical theme this game has but thoes cretures i think must be toned down. There is 3 ways to build from anomaly to firepower but if devs add even 10 more points to skill tree we would c some insain builds also that would make meny gears sets viable. Atm there is just few that are ct15 par sets… And sorry my bad English 🙂 im from Finland
With Steam showing an average of just under 600 people playing per day over the past month, I honestly do not understand why PCF, and more to the point Square Enix, are still pouring resources into this game, they are literally flogging a dead horse! Its like they are just not listening to the feedback their nearly non-existent player base has given them and its a clear pattern as they are doing exactly the same on the Avengers game. When they come out with things like "Hit sci-fi looter shooter….", just screams of a PR team's desperation to generate some hype and momentum – sorry but a daily average player count of over 46k at launch, down to 1k in 5 months and then 600 in 8 months is not a hit for a supposed long term, lead franchise on-line co-op game.
Just acknowledge the game failed, stop promising new stuff like its the greatest thing since sliced bread just so you can squeeze a few more $'s from people and move on!
All three points dead on, adding to #3, maybe a survival mode with ct's linked together, no timer just infinite random ct's and the farther you can make it the better the reward, maybe higher lego drop rate with more than just a few at a time….
IMHO since been playing this game 300+ hours
1. MAKE Expeditions MORE REWARDUNG- ALWAYS a guaranteed legendary from CT5+ on completions no matter the TIME and add additional specific conditions to get an additional legendary weapon and legendary armor set piece. For Speedrunners they get more legendries drops
2. Increase the resource caps to the millions over 999,999
3. Add a additional Enhance base weapon and armor feature to upgrade items to Max out the item of each CT level over "PRAYING FOR A GOD ROLL" weapon or armor. (Ex. a 59K Weapon CT50 or 7K armor CT50)
4 MORE Attribute Shards from Epic and Legendries and GET either 3/4 or a FULL dismantle refund of your shards that you invested in a weapon!
Totally support your suggestions. I got bored of the speed runs and the constant hunt for gear sets…
1. Massive revisions and rebalancing to all mods and sets to increase build diversity. (I’m not as convinced as some that simply removing timers from expos will change the race to DPS. I think that will require some fundamental mission redesign that might be beyond the scope of what can be accomplished in the six months or so that have passed. I’d love to be wrong though.)
2. Loadouts.
3. Changes to the Devastator skill tree to make its damage capability—specifically an AOE equivalent to, say, the Pyro’s ability to mass clear a room—comparable to the other three classes without reliance on (boring) gimmicks like 3x Moaning Winds.
It's hard to expect anything big enough to bring the game back to life. As you said, for that, they need to come up with a completely new concept. Expeditions were fine for a while, untill we got our godrolls and all the best pieces of gear. After that, there really wasn't much reason to play on. I mean, how many times can you do the same thing over and over again…
I'd really like to see a video of your setup as well at some stage, i really enjoy watching setup vids of my fave creators. Loadouts would be amazing and locking items as well so they can't be deleted by accident. When they told us about expeditions initially i thought it was going to be like Raids in Destiny and i was really excited for them and then they turned out not be anything like that so i was a bit disappointed but i still enjoyed them, i think if they make them like Raids it would be amazing.
Yeah, I don't like how the only endgame content is revolved around time. It limits the creativity in creating your build. And a lot of people would end up having similar builds
I think in the future they should give us more classes there are so many they could do
Iv just found something amazing at the end of the monster hunt u can change wat u get by the order u hand them in for me if I do tython first and just go down as normal I’ll always get anomaly’s visage helmet witch means if researched enough u could chose eny leggo buy the order u hand them in
#1 I agree with ALL of these requests and want the same. However 1 adendum to #3 THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUEST in my opinion. I HATE that glass cannons are basically all you wanna run endgame wise.
Also can we just add. REBALANCE GUNS AND MAKE SIDEARMS NOT FUCKING USELESS! Make these pistol/revolver builds VIABLE. Let me use a SNiper Rifle on the Technomancer and get gold CT15's easily. Let me run the explosive Techno with MUCH more efficiency. Just in general ffs fix this Meta balance if the same 4-5 guns and styles for everything. Deathshield, Anemoi, Funeral Pyre, Heir To The Desert, etc. EVERY SINGLE BUILD that I have EVER incorporates if not REQUIRES the use of these 5 guns…
About 2 weeks ago I picked up the game and I went through the campaign with my friend and we were blown away by the campaign and the co-op and just the overall quality. Three days of that grind cycle of expeditions and we uninstalled. At tier 10 I think we got five legendary pieces a piece many of the repeats of gear we got through the campaign. I was able to get a hat from the vendor but overall it was unenjoyable in the end game loop. We would complete 5 to 10 t10 expeditions with gold rankings and we might get lucky to see one legendary that was completely worthless. We couldn't gear up enough to take on t11 through 15.
3 days of this. A looter shooter needs loot. If you're not making gains you're wasting your time.
I have hundreds of characters across the life age of Diablo 2 Diablo 3 destiny. Looters that have grinding. And I have put thousands of hours into those games. Without getting bored. Because they actually give you loot, you make gains.
People don't believe me but honestly that I orange Jeep percentage is a bit of bullshit I mean I know it says 15 or 20% four times but it feels more like it's 5% once
After moving from Outriders to Warframe and seeing the sheer amount of content (game modes, classes, and everything else mentioned in the video as well as 100 other things) it has, i think their focus now needs to be adding regular content. I love this game, but im beginning to suspect that we may end up with an Outriders 2 before they add any meaningful content to the first game. Granted, Warframe has been out for 8 years, but its a case study as to how to keep players on board.
