  1. This guy obviously doesn't know how to play Devastator. To everyone: do the opposite of what he says. 😂 Be aggressive and invest points in gaining health and armor when enemies die close to you. Also: Outriders is NOT a cover based shooter.

  2. Trickster for soloing seems to be the best. You can build unreal DPS with an auto shotgun, twisted rounds, and a ammo replenishing mod. Throw in some life leech and some damage buffs and you become unstoppable at close range.

  3. yea i got a maxed out technomancer and started a new playthru with pyro and my god is it frustrating. the techno is good from any range where as the pyro u have to be close to use abilitys early game and he dies quite easy and its taking me time to figure out how to use him properly. I hate that he heals only from ability damage

  4. TL;DR end game is all bullet anomaly builds. Devastator is the only class without this copy paste skill and ppl will often kick you from end game content. Hopefully changes come soon and buff everyones skills to counter act bullet anomaly builds as the sole meta.

  5. This is really informative. I think the concept of each class having unique health regen mechanics is really cool. That alone really makes me want to play the game.

I always love earth powers so I have to go with the Devastator. Using powerful rush down and cc to tactically approach and shotgun the enemy is totally the way to go for me. Though, as a consequence, Trickster is also really appealing to me. Mobility is another thing that I always really enjoy.

  6. I want Jonathan to review the dlc weapons in cod ww2, like the wimmersperg and bechowiec smg, some of the dlc weapons are weird but real, would be good to see them broken down in more detail

  7. Solo Pyro. Definitely has a different ebb and flow with the battle rhythm. Knowing the layout of the battlespace is helpful for solo runs. I'm about 5 hours into the main quest line and I haven't had a whole lot of issues. Definitely some sections that took multiple attempts, but nothing outrageous. LMGs and AR's all day. Feed the Flames is your best friend, your get out of jail card when low health and overwhelmed. Make sure to add the "Additional enemy health drain" mod.

  8. Quick PSA for anyone wanting to try out devastator. It’s a really fun class but currently has the most difficult and gear intensive time climbing to the highest endgame potential, and if you’re looking to randomly join games it’s semi common to be removed from them. I started as dev and am definitely going to go back to it, just after I use my techno to farm gear to help it.

  9. 5:51 Am not sure what you mean. It sounds like you're saying the technomancer doesn't do well at close range. … However am not sure I agree, but I am probably wrong. I only played the demo, and during that time I got four tools. Grenade, turret, rocket turret, and poison bullets. I ended up with poison bullets set to my third available tool slot. I found it very good for dealing with enemies that rushed me.

Am gonna buy Outriders when it's on sale and patched. (Peeps are losing all theri gear, so that needs fixing.) Will continue as technomancer.

  10. Pyromancer is easy I'm finding.

The abilities ignore line of sight and you can get all enemies through walls.

You can literally complete the content without shooting a single bullet as pyro.
