  1. Oh,wow. 3rd person shooter with bloated healthbars, chest-high walls and hordes unimaginitive identically looking grunts. Goodie.

18:18 "This game feels like an old school shooter, like from 360 era".
… Is this what it feels to get old? When something that was a thing in your late teens is now considered "old school"? I hate to quote Yahtzee under the video he's in, but: "i have skid marks in my underwear than are more "old school" than 360!"

  2. My brains-off shooter is two titles really. World War Z and Nazi Zombie Army 4. Story: Who gives a fuck. Progression: token at best. Staying alive as a point of 'pride': yeah, no one cares. Mindless fun with various guns and an enemy that doesn't need a justification for getting murderized: In spades.
In short, two of the best games to zone out to after a day of responsibilities.

  3. I just really hate when games only idea for increasing difficulty is making the enemies just absolutely tank bullets. Slowing strafing while unloading a full magazine into a basic enemy just isn’t engaging to me.

  4. The secret to understanding this game is to remember that it isn't a game like destiny or anthem.
It's diablo as a 3rd person game. The difficulty tiers, the loot economy and the build meta are basically diablo clones.

  5. Things this game got right.
The loot system is excellent. You can modify things to fit your style easily. You can easily clear your inventory of trash with a couple of clicks.
The abilities feel powerful and have fast cooldowns so you can really go crazy.
The healing mechanism for each class promotes aggressive flashy gameplay.

    What they got wrong.
The handling feels clunky and from an earlier gen, at least on ps4. The game geometry is poorly designed and makes fast paced fights difficult to manage. (You get stuck on stuff a lot).
The enemy ai doesn't improve with difficulty, they just get more spongy
