Hmmm, this + bleed + bottom tree Devastator = DEATH
It feels like the gun was made for the class
Bottom tree trickster has a skill that removes health regen but increases shield regen per kill by 20%. So this would be really good there, 50% less health and every kill grants 40% shield rather then healing.

First off, the perk is bugged. It actually caps your damage at that 75% more and won't let other buffs go past it. They acknowledged this would be fixed in the upcoming patch.
Secondly, the perk does little ticks to your health when in combat (not just while shooting, but even sitting still). The damage sounds nice, but you can end up in awkward situations with it at times.

im using this with the Fortress which gives you 43% more damage based on your armor. So far it melts
works great with techno. been running it since it dropped heard its bugged with killing spree going to try fortress but it mows them down with blighted round

So, this literally just dropped for me, not sure if I got a extra legendary by finishing the Hunts quest chain, because I suddenly looked in my inventory and went-where the hell did THAT come from? But if it is bugged, I dunno, using it on my Devastator and I expected to go to half health after equipping it, or when a fight starts. Nothing.

Still haven't gotten this gun. I think I'm missing 5 more weapons. It's getting kind of annoying at this point with the amount of time I have put in. I wish there were dedicated loot drops for legendaries so I could focus on one place to farm.
My devastater is set to gain healing from bleed damage so I might slap on ultimate bleed bullets
