easynow1337 aka easynow 1337 here with outriders – today we look at outriders character build but specifically for the outriders devastator build – one of the most broken abilities is the devastator endless within their ability pool so I had to talk about it – the outriders devastator endless mass interrupts, causes bleed and vulnerability – so I felt an outriders devastator high damage build would be great if you match mods up to it it can be a devastator high damage build – this makes outriders devastator overpowered for their current capabilities – and there will be a lot of outriders overpowered builds , but this in my opinion is the best outriders devastator overpowered build – devastator overpowered and high damage is pretty cool as I really enjoy this class but when I saw that endless mass can be high damage / golem overpowered I really needed to make an outriders overpowered builds guide for the outriders devastator broken damage – outriders devastator high damage – this is the best it can be for devastator imo
today we have outriders bleed build devastator – and the best devastator bleed build outriders has to offer right now for outriders devastator class – outriders devastator bleed build makes high challenge tiers easy and even can help with outriders devastator ct15 – this outriders devastator ct15 build allows for completions of outriders devastator ct15 solo – because of how good the build is!

I'm playing with basically the same build as you but I'm missing the 3rd quake also and the Fortress mod. So I'm really struggling past 12's to do enough dps for golds.
RnG also hates me lol, I did 10 ct 11 and 12 last night and only got 2 legendaries, both weapons with shit mods that I couldn't use lol.
I think the devastator needs a buff. Devastators builds NEED these legendaries to be good. And its also hard to farm high lvled expectations when everyone kicks you for being a devastator.

Fortress scales off of your base armor
The bugs got me there too. I hate the things so much.
Hey lad just a quick tip/info about fortress, it caps out at 55k armor so I'm told and its only natural armor not mods.
I prefer golem, earthquake and gravity jump. I'm farming tier 15 expedition solo with an anomaly build. Just need the right armor, mods and weapons.
Will this build work even tho you dont have that good weapons yet as i only have a few legendary weapons rest are epic or rare
Good stuff man im a main dev aswell but i was running the warden i was a solid tank but I couldn’t damage at all this build has helped me get more damage on broodmotherw and the bosses good shit thanks
So pyro anomaly build is good upto say CT13 but you can't burst elites fast enough until you get legendary armor. That said its a lot more fun than bullet builds and you would definitely go further than me as unfortunately I still haven't got fortress myself.
its really a shame that you have to cheese a reload/gun swap to make him decent. he needs a buff bad
I have been playing outriders and the mod fortress does not seem to work. When i use the mod, i dont see a increase in fire powa and magic powa. Is the mod busted? Can the dev team fix it please, cuz i like to deal the extra dmg
What mod allows you to cast 3 earthquakes i cant find anything on it!!
you clearly cant get through 15 if ur gear isnt leveled up to 50…
I killed a final ad with impale to end the expedition , but there was a 4-5 second delay before it ended. I assumed it took a few seconds for the impaled enemy to register as dead? It dropped me from gold to silver in that 5 seconds. Can you confirm if there's a delay?

They nerf this yet? And either way, when they can still hi you for like 70-80% of your health in one hit its not broken. Its crazy that even with Golem active you can still get smacked around.
