Really enjoyed the demo. I just hope the endgame is better than literally most looter games.

Played the demo, then went to play some more Division 2, instantly remembered why i love Division so much. Outriders feels bad in all of its aspects – ui, ai, shooting, plot, player controls… Feels like a game to buy for a 60-70% discount some year after, when it at least somewhat polished.
Mostly because they insisted that's a demo not a beta – so we are to assume it'll release in this state

So i played the demo with a friend and the concept is fun and everything is great except the shit performance and optimizing. It crashes, and doesnt run smooth, jumps from 40 fps to 200 fps up and down all the time, if they fix the performance issues this can be a great game
i love how these devs left epic but are still using epic stuff from gears of war. the literal same animations, waist high walls and level layouts. really hope the rest of the game is more open and interesting

Some animations and moves reminds me Gears of War.
Considering that they worked on GoW1 PC port – it's not a surprise.

Man, sound design in this game sucks. Those gun sounds are pathetic and have no OOMPH to them at all. It's disgusting.

I played the demo with the Devastator. Very bullet-spongey bad guys. Plays exactly like the Division, with some elements of Destiny 2 tossed in for good measure. Cover mechanics are garbage just like in Division, because you stick to cover, and then get hit with melee rushers & grenade spam, forcing you to run. Playing the Devastator, you just ignore cover & facetank everything. I don't see me buying this.
