IMO, I would not mind cosmetics behind battlepasses and such. As long as the battlepass one are not overwhelmingly better than ones you could earn in game.

Battle pass seems amazing as long as it is for cosmetic purposes only . I don’t want another pay to win game . I’d be willing to give my money to support this . Just don’t want an advantage for myself or others cause there pocket are deeper .

Honestly this just shows if a company isn't willing to release a demo they have no confidence in their game. There's too much to learn from allowing people to test your game. No Demo, A Big Red Flag from this point on!

I see this game getting an 8, I usually only buy 9s but I realize that 9s are usually only for sequels and really good developers. I'll be buying this one if it get and 8 heck maybe even a 7

No battle pass! It feels so much better actually earning rewards from just playing the game (like the accolades). When you allow people to buy whatever they want it takes away the magic of a looter game like this. Leave micro transactions and battle passes to the monotonous battle royals
Can't wait for everyone to say they are bored of playing outriders after grinding this demo so much
I played the Demo again last night and once again I had bugs the Demo wouldn't recognize one of my friends and I as friends and it was a pain to get the game to let us join each other and we were both on the PS4 after we were finally able to join my screen kept getting stuck in menu screens and dialog option screens and I got stuck in a dialog screen while talking to a quest giver the same quest giver that my Demo got stuck on once before I hope these issues are fixed before the game comes put or shortly after but right now I'm not pre-ordering I'll wait a month or two for the bugs to be fixed.
YES to battlepass = NO to my money in the future.

DLC would be awesome to see again, I miss being excited for more story and more enemies to kill after beating a story based game.
@Open World Games Outriders confirmed to be a live service game. It's LOCKED behind the internet pay wall. You can't play with no internet connection. I hope Outriders FAILS. Games locked behind internet pay wall are ANTI CONSUMER.

They should be careful while expanding. Last thing we want us another BioWare debacle. As for Outriders PS5 has some graphical bugs as of the last patch.

We only get 20 points to spend on the tree?! If you bee-line to the last skill point, you have only 7 more points to spend. Get 3 of the big nodes in the same tree and you are left with 2-4 points…hard to see any sort of build diversity coming from the tree then. Let's just hope the gear and mods will add alot to build diversity..
Part of my decision to buy this was I loved the demo. It didn’t feel like open beta. Also, a demo… This is a thing that should come back!
Its not groundbreaking, there’s nothing here that hasn’t been done before and done much better. The demo is seriously garbage. Quality is laughable, bug riddled, story is weak and makes no sense. Shows how desperate people are to play anything including this dung heap.
If outrider developers decided to introduce new classes to the game as future updates, I hope we get a Dark Matter manipulation class and/or a electricity class either as long range or mid-range since the game already has two melee range classes( being trickster and Devestator) but only one mid range and one long range class( being Pyromancer and technomancer).
Gameplay is so generic. I dont understand the hype or the price tag.
