here is a quick work around for the glitch on some mods currently in outriders like moaning winds and scrap grenade.

  2. I’m really bad, losing scrap grenade on my eidola basically halves my dps

    Usually happens after cinematics
    Back to Lobby fixed it mostly, sometimes you gotta restart.

    My way to pretend is it using an ability after any cutscene
    Don’t reload, don’t switch weapons.
    If you’re mid reload when the cutscenes starts you’re done and can get your backup weapon.

    Long story short:
    Get to know the cutscenes
    Don’t reload/switch weapons after one.
    Always start encounters with abilities
    Same for transitions within expeditions
    Door opens? DONT TOUCH THAT GUN.
    Clear gravel? BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT SHOOTING!
    Elevator? I HOPE YOUR TRIGGER DISCIPLINE IS ON POINT.

    It’s super annoying.
    I played with a mate yesterday for the first time in weeks (he had two chars wiped, and another mate quit after platinum without any interest in honing his build. Can’t even do T15 but I digress)
    So we started homestead on 15.
    Duo, but open matchmaking plus cross play.
    It went okayish up until the brood mother spawned. Probably triggered the cinematic by killing the final mob with the scrap grenade, which in return has me reloading during the cutscene.
    And boom.
    Done
    I tried a damage link double gun as backup in addition to my thunderbird with comet or stomp.
    Not a dent.

    Having a third player join might even effect it as well.

    I restarted the expedition because gold was impossible, not only cause my main damage was busted, but also because the random took like three minutes to connect. While we’re poking away at three squad mobs.

    It’s been weeks.

    I can’t believe it.
