OUTRIDERS How To Fix STUTTERING and Hitching

Hello OUTRIDERS,

The full version of the game was giving me stuttering and hitching and it was delivering a bad experience all round despite running it on the below-mentioned hardware. Lowering settings helped a bit, but not much.

I believe I have found how to fix the stuttering and how to fix the hitching.
The problem for me was the fact that I was running the full game in DirectX 12. While Direct X 12 should give much higher framerates, it was making the game almost unplayable for me.

After swapping back to DirectX 11, the sympthons seem to have dissapeared for me.

Also, I saw that some have benefitted from going offline on Steam friends. To do this, select the Friends menu in the top left of your Steam windows and select Offline.

I hope this works for you as well, and let’s hope that PeopleCanFly will fix the servers soon as I am so eager to play some more.

They talk about rolling back to the previous(non game ready driver), disabling Ansel, forcing DX11 if the option does not show up when starting the game, Enabling FPS Limiter with various numbers and a few more.
