The goal of this series is to show you the EASIEST way of climbing challenge tiers with NO LEGENDARIES and NO TIER 3 MODS. That is all I care about, getting you to CT15 as easily as possible so you can enjoy the game and make whatever dope builds you want.

This video will be showcasing a budget technomancer build in Outriders. It’s a fairly cookie cutter build but I wanted to prove that you can use it to CT15! Budget == No legendaries and no tier 3 mods, however you are more than welcome to use tier 3 mods in your own build.

The reason for this video in particular is that I kept seeing people say climbing with anomaly technomancer without legendaries or tier 3 mods is impossible.

Hopefully by following my budget technomancer guide you will be able to easily climb challenge tiers in Outriders.

Mandatory mods in my opinion – The minigun mods are too good value wise to pass up but really you NEED toxic lead to make this build work. Everything else is optional.

For defensive mods I would highly recommend Emergency Stance, the minigun defensive mods, circle of power or damage absorber. It’s totally up to you how much defense you want or don’t want and it also depends on the patch.

We go bottom tree for a ton of sustain, damage and defensive capabilities picking up 2 conditional anomaly amplifier nodes that are activated off of scrapnel and blighted turret. We go mid tree because it’s the easiest way to get to toxic vulnerability and it gives us even more tankiness.

General playstyle is similar to a blighted rounds build but with a minigun! Throw down blighted turret and your melees to apply toxic and then blast away with your minigun which will refill automatically due to toxic lead. Because we’re running toxic lead and a ton of anomaly power you end up getting a TON of leech off of both your minigun and blighted turret which is why this is an unkillable infinite minigun build.

For climbing maps, chem plant is fantastic up until CT14, then switch to Archways for an easy gold into CT15.
