  1. Time is the same, no matter if you do it now or then. Getting a jump start on the mods and mats are beneficial. Time spent my be more efficient by waiting for higher drop rates (yes the increase is a small %). I think you overestimate how important you think that each person cares about being that guy that does not have the gear. I also think you overestimate how effective the max demo build will be good in the base game. I got to world tier 5 in a day, so it is not like it is that difficult to catch up and you do not need to fleshed out build to progress. You are likely to be changing out those gear pieces at world Tier 7 or 8. So, it is not likely you will be able to take that max build far. Again, you will be able to dismantle the legendaries and have the mods for crafting.

  2. Not wait HaHa fuck that I’ll wait. Tons of hours only 2 legendaries. When the game launches world tier will go up and the drop rate will go up much higher. And I’m pretty damn sure they said there’s over 100 legendaries in the game so idk what’s up with that accolade.

  3. I disagree with this on multiple levels just because yes we have the ability to to obtain legendary items now doesn't mean we need to burn ourselves out now to try and get them it's NOT going to make us any less optimal than those who have the hours to put into mindless grinding for the not even handful of legendaries that are available and besides that you're not even taking into account that aside from those few legendaries the highest tier gear we can get is rare but once the game releases we'll start receiving epic level gear at a much higher rate which will have an enormous impact on our effectiveness as we progress through the world tiers since it will drop more commonly than legendaries

  4. One reason you shouldn't is the fact that they just seem to dissappear from your inventory. Happened to me literally ten minutes after I got two new legendaries. Do not farm unless you don't mind losing the weapons you worked so hard for

  5. Haha, wouldn't grinding the game now create exactly the scenario you describe? Those grinding now will be sad-faced by their friends who didn't grind 🙂

I do like the insights into the leveling / progression, thanks!
