I world tier rewards were scaled to a specific level, I didn't collect any of mine until I was at world tier 6. Each reward was the level I was when I upgraded world tiers.

GEAR DUPLICATE EXPLOIT, I have found in the 1st 2hours of the game release, I have a screen shot of proof but don't know how to get it to you. I'm not tubing it because I don't want to get sued for it has to do with the DLC. Not fully sure if it's an exploit or it was suppose to happen but it didn't happen in division but when or if the News comes out remember you heard it here first. April 2ND 10:05am 2021
