Is it worth running seismic commander helmet though? You will have a dead mod as one of them makes earthquake apply bleed which is no longer needed due to pax tree and the other mod is an impale mod. Also have you tried the mod "deathronome", it gives you a tonne of free anomaly power when you have 2 skills not on cooldown which is common on this build having 2 or 3 earthquakes, constantly cancelling bullet reflect gives you back that skill immediately and short cooldown on gravity leap means you almost always have 2 skills up.
This guy has the perfect weapons on both slots, insane and grats to him. Great build video as well.
Have this char yoo, Sstandard seismic deva plus the with new op anomaly mods like mage rage etc. Pax tree kinda broke this char, probably nerfs incoming like they did to mod bomber pyro.. riperoni

It would be awesome to see some vids covering "so you started a new level 30 character…here are some builds you can use to progress and lead to these insane builds" advice vid.
The thing i don't like about devastator right now is , you have to use despair or your damage is horrible. If you try making a seismic build without it and use that same pax tree. The damage is just awful. I'd like to see them nerf despair then balance things a little better for more build diversity.

Cool build but I'm not going to waste my time farming for it this is definitely getting patched
At first I went with moxsy dev build but yours is better for what I got in terms of mods plus I like dipping up top tree for faster leap and 20 armor piecing means 20 resist pierce means 10% to AP means harder hitting EQ and GL! And I notice your EQ cast speed is dependant on your weapon like I used an LMG The Reaper, big mistake. SMG like Sunfall really is best, pistols are the fastest for EQ cast speed but hard to get any good mods on pistols!
I'll go for this build on my devastator if the dlc drops below 15 euros.. No way that i'm going to pay 40 euros for the dlc after the awful initial launch.
Unfortunately by next week pcf will be nerfing this build.. Its sadly when you get all these one shot build and they nerf it to the ground
