I kinda feel like the weapon mods were used to balance pure anomaly. Almost a lazy man way to balance. cant over tune cds but also cant over tune the damage. It feels like you are forced to use the dmg stacking increase like borealis /heatwave ect. Also the stacking I am 50/50. It is going to come back down to FP builds again. I am team tank all day though so ill slow plow but damn leave my pyros alone haha
