Couldn’t agree more. The low drops of useful gear is starting to lesson my desire to play. I’ve played for over an hour and gotten nothing useful.
Also, as a devastator main I can say all of my “healing” is from the new pax tree shield and not much else. I like it obviously, but it is probably too strong.
It is moronic for them to take away loot drops from the boss. They haven’t learned anything.
The whole point of this game is clearly to become overpowered, and absolutely mess s**t up, and instead of adding new content which can challenge these builds their going to nerf stuff… Great… Instead off adding new content which we know they can do, they tried to give a really poor reason as to why the game is too grindy… Great… And as to their excuse what's the point of replaying the campain over and over if theirs no incentive to do so, you get the most xp from the trails the most loot from trials, the most drop pods (if you just break down the gear and sell the titanium) from trials.
My opinion they shouldn't nerf a single thing only buff things, thwy should rework the entire "endgame" and turn the trials into a rogue-like, adding new enemies, areas, secrets, and even things like the skulls from halo to boost the challenge, secret loot, secret story items, new bounties even daily/weekly bounties, give us more incentive to play the game, dont just nerf perks and mods so we have to constantly rework a build, just let us make op as hell characters and let us play the way we wanna play.
The truth is the DLC at best is a flop, sure it adds a few new things but not enough for its price, they hyped up the end game and tried their best to keep it a secret, and the end game is really really poor compared to other games in the same genre who charge the same price point, they need to rework the dlc completely, like how they did the base game, because in all honesty i LOVE this game, and i LOVE that you can become almost god-like, but they are under utilising this genre and what you can do with it, and they expect their community to want to play this for 100s of hours to max a character, why would we do that when theirs nothing for us to do except rework builds when they ultimately make certain builds pointless, this dlc honestly just leaves me feeling disappointed and honestly kinda scammed.
could you imagine if they re-releaseed the dlc with more character customisation, more powers for the classes, doubled the perk points to really make an op build, added a new class, made end game rogue like, added tons of new enemies, tons of new loot, random bosses, a boss gauntlet challenge tower, the skull system like halo, and just went all in on making an op build, and just worked on difficulty instead of nerfs, if they added the bounties, or new vendors that granted tiers which came with perks, or the ability to unlock a sub class, which allowed you to have 2 of the classes unlocked, and the thing is they CAN do all this for free, but they won't because the truth is in their eyes the game isn't worth it. Its just a shame

More content is needed, end of story. Surely it couldn't be that hard to expand the trials and create new areas, enemies, bosses etc. I don't mind that the grind is hard but don't make it boring and repeative. Love this game for it's gameplay and would hate to see it ruined because of lack of funds or whatever is holding it back, because in reality it should massive.
If they could incentivize going back into main story locations /bosses to farm and allow more apoc gear to drop there as well as exp, I think it could increase the variety of options at end game. It's a shame that all that content can't be replayed for much gain
Right on! This is good news my nerd. I gotta give it to PCF. They didn't give up on this game and I'm proud of them for that
I kinda figured apoc tiers weren’t that important. My friend was upset because the ambassadors were already at such a high tier from the start but I told him just to focus on making fun builds and don’t worry about what other people are doing. It’s not like Destiny where certain activities are locked behind a certain level. There is no eye of the storm at apoc 40 lol
Just adding, are they going to fix the catacombs as some runs don't allow us to go into the catacombs part of the trial. Instead it's a solid wall instead of a cracked 1.

The fact that a $40 expansion only gave us a 2 hour story and piss poor acting and storyboard is wrather pathetic.
If you are only going to give us two hours of story at least have it well made.
The non conclusive ending felt soo rushed. Like we just descend into a pit, and that it? No story question were answered at all. More end game/loot aside they need to hash out the lore and story to justify us doing more of the endgame grind.
There’s no way this game survives another big nerf to classes. People build classes to face roll content . You take that away there’s no point. If they want to retain players they should look at other things like how sometimes you roll and your still on fire . That’s super clunky… also when a boss collisions with you it feels very clunky and you have to wait for your model to reset before using skills :/
I would like ascension point to be cross character pretty much every other game does this just so when i start my 2nd,3rd character i'll have a small boost.
I wish we had a better RNG I have received the same guns and gear from the base game, once we have it, lock it so we can i crease odds of compleing sets and collections

By the time they launch this patch not many people will be playing. There was so much hate and criticism towards this very expensive but sparse patch and seeing how slow they are to just fix the bugs I have no hope they can add content on scale to appease people. Right now I just play as stress relief but I can't see myself doing the same things over and over again for another 2 weeks.
Also who actually uses Tiago currently?
Wow they already nerfed some weapon mod cooldowns by 66 percent foe instance ultimate storm whip used to have a 1 second cooldown now its 3 and does less dammage its crazy how they are literally ruining the game slowly but surely
First time I’ve ever played outriders. Honestly enjoying it quite a bit due to taking a Destiny 2 break. My only and I mean only complaint on the game is the lack of cross play voice chat. I play on Xbox and my friends play PlayStation. It’s just unfortunate we have to make work arounds just to have coms. It’s 2022 cross play is enabled but we can’t have coms. Pretty disappointing. Otherwise great game all around.
I’m tired of getting helmets on the final boss 😫
You don’t see an issue with standing in front of the last boss in the game, ignoring mechanics and 1-2 shoting him?

I don't love their comments on making the game harder, maybe I'm just terrible at this game but since Apoc my Toxic FP build (the usual one) is completely unsurvivable so I cant even clear first phase of drop pod missions, my only source of drop pods and getting a weapon capable of starting Apoc story now is repeatedly farming beasts at Apoc tier 17 and I've been so unlucky with Apoc weapons… Literally zero mods that help Toxic FP like freeze
