for people who bitch about the cost of world slayer, the amount of work for new stuff in this game is insane, the stuff they are adding is almost like an entire new game
tfm are they giving u a test version or pre release of this to play so u can give out more info??? if not, pcf get this guy one, one of the best ambassadors this game has
this set is a bottom tree set, i always tried to make a build using bottom tree and the extra damage to toxic but the builds always felt weak, this set changes everything

Omg! I’m loving this set! Because I run a max health techno with fixing wave and it slaps! So now I just basically have to transfer my mods to this set and I’m set! Haha. I can’t wait!
Welp, i think i know what set i'm gonna be using on my Technomancer. This set seems tailored towards some of my favorite Techno skills.
Does toxic scale with AP or firepower? Or is the DoT fixed with your current level?
Thank god we have transmog. So far Devastator’s new armor isn’t awful but I’m still rock’in Seismic regardless.
Heard from a Bird on beta this set is fire with a thunderbird with noxious storm whip and stigmatized and the right mods slap. But Scorched Zealot pyro is probably the strongest thing I have seen in the beta, especially how I built it but this is the second thing ill be on after I max my pyro. 50mill AOE to everything every 2 secs with ash cc and only at level 65 yah broken but shhhhhhhh lol.
I like this set. Will I use blighted rounds? Not sure yet. But the mods have great potential for any set running Fixing Wave or for those who have wanted to use Fixing Wave. Happy to see this. I had also noticed the example build layouts contained additional intel on mods. Scotched Zealot also has new and altered mods on the pants not shown in the armor provided images. Cauterizing Flames and changes to Burnt-Out.
I absolutely love this. They finally gave fixing wave some love. Before it's only inclusion was to refill mag for tool of destruction , or blighted rounds. I've been playing middle tree support with borealis since I started, and while lacking damage, applying freeze and toxic and vulnerable with turrets, cold snap, and using fixing wave as a support skill was very beneficial to my party. I think this set could potentially take it a step further and give my character the actual damage boost it needs to break the meta. Plus it's anomoly and status power, oof. Much love. I'll have to get the full set and play around with it to make it work for my build, especially with pax trees and ascension I can make debuff support techno new meta
THE Full Measure! Accept NO Half Measures!! Love the Outriders content and updates. THIS is my Outriders home and has been since DAY 1. Ruthless Rob is 100% correct, PCF you need to sign TFM up and give him ALL the early access. What he and his community do for this game is absolutely priceless to you, PCF, and if you recognize that with some support, you’ll get it back tenfold. Can’t wait for Worldslayer and cannot wait to get my new Techno online with this new set cuz it seems like it’s gonna be so much fun to play. Keep up the absolutely AWESOME work TFM and thanks again for all you and your community do for Outriders players (and everyone else too of course)!

Decadence has tier 3 mods all along.
I'm a Pyro main too and techno is my second favorite. Really happy to see a possible hybrid or anomaly gun build cuz I really like anomaly power. Also I love playing support/debuff so seeing a fixing wave emphasis is exciting
I’m not understanding License to Heal. How is 4s of infinite ammo useful? You can’t empty the clip of an AR or LMG in four seconds anyway, so the buff would run out before your clip empties. What am I missing here?
so i'm curious about the Virulent Compound mod. Can't hardly see the picture and it doesn't sound like it's linked to any skill, I refer to these as "Universal mods" since it won't necessarily be linked to one specific class because of being tied to a skill. I'm hoping to see more T3 mods like this.
Do not underestimate the potential of the Blighted Turret mod: Face Melter – for Scrapnel or pure AP builds this mod could be extremely good
