From what I'd seen in the past your first scrapnel gives you anything that pops on skill activation and then it re-activates after cooldown, but cooldown is pretty quick on scrapnels anyway, also maybe putting a crappy gun on as your main will help Initial Striker to make sure it's AP that gets boosted. My current version of this uses scrapnel, rpg and fixing wave for refills, chuck out rpg's, fixing wave to refill, then scrapnels while that's on cooldown and start again. I'd like to see what we can get from the top tree with extra toxic flying around on this, although going borealis and giving up the cluster bombs from the downpour set and chucking cold snap or a turret on instead is worth considering based upon having 5 extra mod slots to play with. The downside to not using quatermaster or pain launcher, by the way I still can't believe you use that!, is only refilling on kills with toxic lead, so unless you can one or two shot an elite updwards you could possibly run out of rpg's.
