    I didn't and won't be contacting Square because because I feel like it be a waste of time.  I wanted to share this though because they said I'd get the RAREST weapon for my class but in their response they say they provide any specific loot items.  WTF, if you can't provide specific loot items how can you promise me I'll get the RAREST weapon if I have everything already.
